Join us once a month in Hove for a relaxed and restorative two-hour group session. Held at Hixon Green, each session is built around a theme — from nutrition and movement to purpose or emotional wellbeing.
The first hour offers a focused discussion or mini-workshop. The second is a chance to just be — to pause, connect, and recharge in the company of others who get it. It’s informal, uplifting, and designed to give you what you need most: time and space.
