Wellbeing Consultancy

I offer wellbeing consultancy services to businesses, helping them improve employee wellbeing and create healthy, productive work environments. These services can range from initial assessments and strategy development to implementing programs and training or coaching or developing a programme of events and interventions that will offer an ongoing package of support

Strategic Wellbeing

I work with organisations to develop tailored wellbeing strategies that align with their unique ethos and culture. Rather than offering one-off initiatives, I take a holistic, long-term approach—embedding wellbeing as a consistent thread throughout the company. By taking time to understand the business from the inside out, I provide flexible, evolving support that meets real needs and drives meaningful, sustainable change.

Speaking

I have to admit — this is my favourite part of the job.

There’s something powerful about standing in front of a room full of people, most of whom aren’t sure what to expect. Some are bracing for the usual corporate fluff. Polite nodding. Awkward questions at the end. Maybe even a discreet scroll through their inbox while they wait it out.

That’s not what happens.

Because I don’t deliver pre-packaged keynotes or rehearse the same slides on a loop. I come in with a point of view, a story or two, and a lot of questions. And then I listen.

The best talks are the ones that feel more like a conversation. They evolve in the moment. They respond to the people in the room. And they leave space for humour, honesty, and the kind of energy that can shift something real.
